Fairly clean property with amiable and perfect staff. Exceptionally comfortable beds, an electric kettle, television, and a radio in the room. Splendid and great breakfast and a good choice of goodies. Marvellous and fantastic location, a 10-15 minute walk from Bridlington Old Town. Fantastic stay that is truly worth a visit, nothing too much trouble.

The double room was bright, had tea/coffee and a DVD player. The hotel had a marvellous position, very close to the railway station. Moreover, it's just off the beach and town centre, town centre, and a pleasant residential area.

It was a good home base for our fabulous stay. Great breakfast and the staff was good. The hotel's location was great and super very close to the railway station. Besides, it was close to Flamborough Head and Bempton Cliffs, beach and seafront.

We had a fantastic stay at this welcoming B&B. the rooms were spotless, spacious, and perfect for our family. the breakfast was delicious and kept us satisfied all day. the hosts, Paul and Lynn, went above and beyond to make us feel at home, even providing a special treat for our grandson. the location was great, with an easy walk into town. We would definitely return if we visit again.
